My role is to marry Franchisees to my Franchisor. While I’d love to sell as many as possible, finding the best fit for my brand takes precedence.
We get the privilege to provide franchisees a life-altering opportunity to own their own business and to grow our partner/brand thoughtfully and expeditiously.
I met my wife Amy on Bumble (dating apps can actually work!) and we decided to both change jobs, plan and have a wedding, and buy a house all in 2020 during the heart of the Pandemic as a test to see how much stress we could handle. Luckily she has a high pain tolerance and put up with me. We welcomed our daughter Ava in January 2023 and our dog Chloe just turned 12 this summer.
Watching sports, reading, and spending time with family and friends (not in that order in case my wife is reading this ;).

This person will have exceptional organizational, communication and technology skills while also being accountable and able to adapt to the multiple responsibilities that come along with working in a small company where everyone must be willing to expand beyond their normal day-to-day roles.

Degree from a 2 or 4-year school or equivalent experience preferred
Proven work experience as a sales support agent
Experience in franchising is preferred but not required
