As a Director of Franchise Development, I drive franchise growth by guiding qualified candidates through every stage of the discovery and sales process—from first conversation to franchise signing. My focus is on building authentic relationships, identifying the right ownership fit, and helping our brands expand with passionate, high-performing franchise partners.
What do you love most about FRANCHISING?
I love that franchising gives people the chance to own a business with the support and structure of a proven system. It’s incredibly rewarding to help entrepreneurs take that leap, align them with the right brand, and watch them build something meaningful for themselves and their families.

My husband Mike and I live in Raleigh with our five-year-old daughter, Elle, and our 15 year old beagle, Maverick.
Hobbies...
I love spending time at the beach, attending NC State sporting events, working on DIY home projects, and exploring new restaurants around Raleigh.
