I live with my wife Ashleigh and Daughter Kileigh. My daughter plays softball and when I’m not in the gym working out, we spend a lot of our time at the softball field, going on family hikes or just relaxing watching Netflix. They are extremely supportive of me and the reason I do what I do.
Besides being a sports fanatic, I picked up Golf in the last few years and wish I found it sooner. I’m mildly obsessed now and try to get as many of my friends to the course with me as possible. Besides sports, health and fitness are another big hobby of mine.

The Role:
The Sales Support Specialist will uphold the highest standards of support for our team, clients, and business partners. This person will have exceptional organizational, communication and technology skills while also being accountable and able to adapt to the multiple responsibilities that come along with working in a small company where everyone must be willing to expand beyond their normal day-to-day roles.

General business knowledge is a plus, in order to explain franchise opportunities
Degree from a 2 or 4-year school or equivalent experience preferred
Proven work experience as a sales support agent
Experience in franchising is preferred but not required

This person must be skilled in business knowledge and have the ability to influence others while managing human emotions around making life-changing decisions. This person needs to relate very well with others and have the capacity to manage many leads at once. This person must have exceptional organizational, communication, and people skills.
