As Vice President of Franchise Development, I lead a talented team of directors that partner with our amazing brands. During the discovery process, I work with candidates on the later part to finalize their decision in becoming a franchisee.
I love the magic of what can happen in this space, creating new possibilities when pairing sharp candidates with strong, growing brands.
After long-term strategy roles at two Twin Cities’ based Fortune 500 big-box retailer and a 2017 world tour where I consulted with businesses of various sizes, I leaped into the franchising world with Franchise FastLane after recognizing my passion for driving brand growth with emerging brands.
My expertise lies in Marketing Strategy, Business Development, and Relationship Management. By nature, I am a connector and I love every minute I spend introducing prospective franchisees to the brands I represent.

The Role:
The Sales Support Specialist will uphold the highest standards of support for our team, clients, and business partners. This person will have exceptional organizational, communication and technology skills while also being accountable and able to adapt to the multiple responsibilities that come along with working in a small company where everyone must be willing to expand beyond their normal day-to-day roles.

General business knowledge is a plus, in order to explain franchise opportunities
Degree from a 2 or 4-year school or equivalent experience preferred
Proven work experience as a sales support agent
Experience in franchising is preferred but not required
