Tobbie grew up in a small town in Missouri, joining the Air Force as a Pavements and Equipment Specialist right out of high school. He spent the next 25 year’s traveling the world constructing and maintaining Air Force infrastructure. He left the services after achieving the highest enlisted rank. 
Tobbie loved the simplicity, scalability, and low start-up cost of EverLine but were most impressed that, in an industry that is driving by local mom and pop owner operators, EverLine provides a much-needed solution for property owners and managers who are looking for a professional, credible, communicative, and quality-focused line striping and pavement maintenance service provider.
