The Role:

The CarPool Sales Support Specialist serves as a key relationship and brand support partner for all CarPool brands. Unlike the traditional Sales Support Specialist role at FastLane, the CarPool Sales Support Specialist will occasionally include client-facing opportunities, working directly with brand founders, directors, and leadership teams. The CSS will manage day-to-day lead registration, territory checks, calendar and email support through HubSpot and client service while providing support on CarPool systems and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Registration

• Serve as the first professional voice for all partner brand leads.
• Receive and register consultant-submitted leads in the CRM system.
• Communicate lead registration back to the referring consultant.
• Support, as needed, organic lead qualification through standard CarPool processes:
  o Schedule and host qualification calls.
  o Confirm financial and territory qualifications.
  o Enter leads into CRM and initiate scheduling of intro calls

Client Relationship Management & Coaching

• Assist CarPool Client Success Manager with helping advise, train and support clients directly in the
  following areas.
  o Training on CarPool systems, including HubSpot, broker portal maintenance, and GbBIS mapping
  support.
  o Answer phone and email questions from client brands as needed in a professional
  and collaboative manner.
  o Support and monitor client brands on compliance with CarPool program expectations and best
  practice.

Brand Onboarding & Operational Support

• Support weekly communications to brands, including leadership and validation updates.
• Own the territory checks and registration state compliance tracking.
• Handle HubSpot support tickets in collaboration with other CarPool team members.
• Recommend and support system/process improvements in partnership with the CarPool Client Success
  Manager, CarPool Success Coach and VP.

Administrative & Internal Collaboration

• Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve program alignment and client experience.
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as:
  o Coordinating client and consultant communications.
  o Calendar management and email management.
• Help bridge communication between sales, operations, and support functions.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience::

• Degree from a 2 or 4-year institution, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven work experience in sales support, client success, or operations.
• Franchising experience preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management

• Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

FDD Refilling Process

• Management of the FDD re-file requirements including strategic planning, internal and external communications,
  adding required franchise disclaimers to marketing materials, and implementation and execution of checks and

Compliance Assistance

• Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization.

Legal Research

Risk Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in an in-house legal department or corporate environment.
• Franchise experience is strongly preferred.

The Role:

The Part Time Graphic Design Specialist will support the marketing team’s initiatives and graphic design
needs to support our franchisor partners. This role will work approximately 20 hours per week on creative
deliverables that will include print and digital design, social media graphics, web design, presentations, and
more. While this role is part-time, it has the possibility of expanding to full-time in the future, depending on
business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creative needs of our team, customers and candidates through graphic design, web
  design, and other creative channels
• Support our social media and email campaigns through creative design and content creation
• Website management including design of landing pages and advertisements

• Evaluate portal performance and recommend improvements to increase lead quality and conversion

The Creative Director will inspire, lead, and manage a team of Graphic Designers and Video Producers while driving
strategic improvements in creative efficiency, consistency, and impact. This leader will partner closely with
stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives, guide storyboarding and concept
development, and use performance data and KPIs to continually elevate creative output. This is a hands-on leadership
role for a creative thinker who balances big-picture vision with disciplined execution, ensuring all visual content is on-brand,
high-quality, and purpose-built to engage our audiences and drive results.

Creative Strategy & Visual Leadership

• Own and evolve the visual creative strategy for all marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, and/or video production, with at least 3 years in
  a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in CPG, SaaS, or multi-location/franchise brands is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership-level work across design systems, brand campaigns, and video

• Franchisor Management

• Lead member of FastLane responsible to ensure the franchisor is prepared to sign on new franchisees, this includes many things and requires candidate to be resourceful
  • Ensure franchisor clients are prepared and informed on how to effectively convert candidates into franchisees, this is primarily done through:
    • Constant communication
    • Updates on franchisee candidates likes, dislikes and hot buttons
    • Influencing the franchisor on how to improve the process and set up a program that is attractive to franchisee candidates
• Cross brand awareness
  • Depending on lead flow, this position may be asked from time to time to assist other brands or projects that are not their primary franchisor brand.
