The Role:

Franchise FastLane is seeking a skilled, detail oriented and proactive paralegal to join our in-house legal team. The
ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to our attorneys in various legal matters, including contract
management, franchise compliance, and litigation support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely
with internal stakeholders and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management

• Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Maintain a centralized database of contracts and track key milestones and deadlines.

FDD Refilling Process

• Management of the FDD re-file requirements including strategic planning, internal and external communications,
  adding required franchise disclaimers to marketing materials, and implementation and execution of checks and
  balances to confirm accuracy of all sales and marketing materials.

Compliance Assistance

• Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization.
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and court rules relevant to assigned practice areas.
• Assist attorneys in ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Legal Research

• Conduct legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, and regulations, to support legal advice
  and decision-making by attorneys and internal stakeholders.

Litigation Support

• Assist attorneys in managing litigation matters, including gathering and organizing documents, preparing
  discovery responses, and coordinating with external counsel.

Risk Management

• Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate risk exposure.
• Assist in the development of risk management strategies and implementation of risk mitigation measures.

General Legal Support:

• Provide general administrative and legal support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, preparing
  presentations, and maintaining confidential information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in an in-house legal department or corporate environment.
• Franchise experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with contract management systems and legal research databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal
  stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

The Role:

The Part Time Graphic Design Specialist will support the marketing team’s initiatives and graphic design
needs to support our franchisor partners. This role will work approximately 20 hours per week on creative
deliverables that will include print and digital design, social media graphics, web design, presentations, and
more. While this role is part-time, it has the possibility of expanding to full-time in the future, depending on
business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creative needs of our team, customers and candidates through graphic design, web
  design, and other creative channels
• Support our social media and email campaigns through creative design and content creation
• Website management including design of landing pages and advertisements
• Design of sales presentations and marketing materials as part of the new brand onboarding
  process
• Manage on-going updates and changes to sales and marketing materials to ensure they are
  always up to date
• Design apparel and swag
• Organize and communicate project updates through an online marketing project management
  system
• Work with third party design resources, communicating project needs and providing feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or related degree. Related work experience will be considered.
• Knowledge and experience with Canva and the Adobe suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator,
  InDesign, Acrobat (After Effects and Premier Pro are also used occasionally)
• Portfolio with creative work samples in PDF form or via online portfolio
• Solid visual design expertise in typography, layout, color, and brand systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is not required but is a plus

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for owning and executing key marketing initiatives that support franchise
development and brand visibility, with a particular focus on deal announcements, franchise portal management, and
email marketing strategy. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, making strategic decisions that impact
how Franchise FastLane and its brands are positioned across consultant networks, candidate pipelines, and industry
channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Announcements

• Coordinate and execute the end-to-end strategy and execution of deal announcements across all
  distribution channels
• Establish and optimize processes to ensure timely, accurate, and high-impact communication of franchise
  deals
• Determine messaging, timing, and channel strategy for announcements, including email, portals, blog, and
  partner networks
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to prioritize announcements based on business impact and pipeline
  needs
• Continuously evaluate performance and refine approach to maximize visibility and engagement

Franchise Portal Management & Optimization

• Oversee and manage all franchise portal platforms, ensuring brand profiles and listings are accurate,
  compelling, and strategically positioned
• Own the process for regular updates, content enhancements, and new brand entries, making decisions on
  how brands are presented to drive candidate interest
• Evaluate portal performance and recommend improvements to increase lead quality and conversion
• Ensure alignment between portal content, brand messaging, and overall marketing strategy
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance visibility across consultant and franchise listing platforms

Email Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Own the strategy, development, and execution of email marketing initiatives across multiple audiences,
  including:
  o Newsletters (brands, consultants, and partners)
  o Webinar and event promotions
  o Brand launches
  o Deal and brand announcements
  o Candidate pipeline communications and re-engagement campaigns
• Develop segmentation, messaging, and cadence strategies to maximize engagement and conversion
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize open rates, click-through rates,
  and overall effectiveness
• Ensure all communications are aligned with brand voice, business objectives, and audience needs

Content Strategy & Development

• Develop and manage content that supports key initiatives, including announcements, email campaigns, and
  portal listings
• Ensure all content is strategically aligned, on-brand, and optimized for engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce high-quality written and visual content

Marketing Strategy & Performance Optimization

• Contribute to and execute broader marketing strategies that support franchise development goals
• Monitor performance across channels and adjust tactics based on data and business priorities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, and stronger market positioning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Creative, and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 – 4+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of campaigns or key initiatives
• Strong email marketing experience, including strategy, segmentation, and performance analysis
• Experience managing content across portals, websites, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• HubSpot and Canva experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting ability

The Role:

Franchise FastLane is seeking a Creative Director to lead all visual storytelling across the organization, with ownership
of graphic design, brand systems, and video production. This role is responsible for defining and executing the creative
vision that brings the brand to life across digital marketing, sales enablement, web, email, paid and earned media,
campaigns, photography, and video.

The Creative Director will inspire, lead, and manage a team of Graphic Designers and Video Producers while driving
strategic improvements in creative efficiency, consistency, and impact. This leader will partner closely with
stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives, guide storyboarding and concept
development, and use performance data and KPIs to continually elevate creative output. This is a hands-on leadership
role for a creative thinker who balances big-picture vision with disciplined execution, ensuring all visual content is on-brand,
high-quality, and purpose-built to engage our audiences and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Visual Leadership

• Own and evolve the visual creative strategy for all marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with
  company goals, brand standards, and audience needs.
• Define and champion a clear visual storytelling approach across channels, with a strong emphasis on
  clarity, consistency, and emotional impact.
• Translate high-level business strategies into compelling creative concepts, campaign frameworks, and
  visual narratives.

Graphic Design Oversight

Video Production & Storytelling

• Oversee all aspects of video strategy and production, including brand videos, campaigns, social content,

• Partner with the video team on scripting, storyboarding, concept development, and shot planning to ensure
  high-quality execution.
• Ensure video content is purpose-built for each platform and audience.
• Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices to continually raise the effectiveness and production value
  of video output.

Performance, KPIs & Optimization

• Define, track, and report on creative and production KPIs (e.g., engagement, performance, efficiency,
  throughput, and utilization).
• Use data and performance insights to refine creative approaches and optimize storytelling effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate workflows, tools, and processes to improve speed, scalability, and quality across
  design and video production.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to tie creative output directly to business results.

Collaboration & Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Graphic Designers and Video Producers through clear direction,
  feedback, and growth plans.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to align creative work with
  campaign goals and timelines.
• Manage creative resources, capacity, and priorities across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a consistently high level of execution.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, and/or video production, with at least 3 years in
  a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in CPG, SaaS, or multi-location/franchise brands is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership-level work across design systems, brand campaigns, and video
  production.
• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and scaling creative teams.

Skills:

Sales Support Specialist

  • Responsible for the entire sales process start to finish and the experience offered to the franchise candidate
  • Ensure the franchise candidate is well informed and properly motivated to purchase a franchise utilizing the following 
    • Introduction presentations
    • Unit Economics presentations
    • Franchise Disclosure Document reviews
    • Franchise and Leadership validation calls
    • Territory mapping
    • Financing and Legal mentorship
  • Ensure franchise validation and leadership calls are well organized, well attended and well run
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM system on candidate profiles, history, conversations, and other relevant information in the buying process
  • Franchise FastLane’s key leader for all Confirmation Days (discovery days) including but not limited to:
    • Preparing the franchisor and franchisee candidates
    • Ensuring the Sales Support team reserves accommodations

    • Frick & Frack – Direct phone calls, emails, and texts
    • Developing strong relationships with brokers and being known as someone who treats their clients well and can get candidates

• Franchisor Management

• Lead member of FastLane responsible to ensure the franchisor is prepared to sign on new franchisees, this includes many things and requires candidate to be resourceful
  • Ensure franchisor clients are prepared and informed on how to effectively convert candidates into franchisees, this is primarily done through:
    • Constant communication
    • Updates on franchisee candidates likes, dislikes and hot buttons
    • Influencing the franchisor on how to improve the process and set up a program that is attractive to franchisee candidates
• Cross brand awareness
  • Depending on lead flow, this position may be asked from time to time to assist other brands or projects that are not their primary franchisor brand.
• Report development
  • Continually update the on-going reports needed to keep their respective VP of Franchise Development and the Executive Vice President of Development informed of leads and lead statuses.

Qualifications:

• Degree from a 4-year school or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven work experience as key leader in an organization with the ability to make difficult decisions, have difficult conversations and influence decision makers
• Proven work experience in sales with a track record of success
• Experience in franchising is preferred
