The Role:
The Part Time Graphic Design Specialist will support the marketing team’s initiatives and graphic design
needs to support our franchisor partners. This role will work approximately 20 hours per week on creative
deliverables that will include print and digital design, social media graphics, web design, presentations, and
more. While this role is part-time, it has the possibility of expanding to full-time in the future, depending on
business needs

The Role:
Franchise FastLane is seeking a Creative Director to lead all visual storytelling across the organization, with ownership
of graphic design, brand systems, and video production. This role is responsible for defining and executing the creative
vision that brings the brand to life across digital marketing, sales enablement, web, email, paid and earned media,
campaigns, photography, and video.
The Creative Director will inspire, lead, and manage a team of Graphic Designers and Video Producers while driving
strategic improvements in creative efficiency, consistency, and impact. This leader will partner closely with
stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives, guide storyboarding and concept
development, and use performance data and KPIs to continually elevate creative output. This is a hands-on leadership
role for a creative thinker who balances big-picture vision with disciplined execution, ensuring all visual content is on-brand,
high-quality, and purpose-built to engage our audiences and drive results.
