My role at FastLane is not only to follow the job description as a compliance specialist but to continue learning and adapting to our industry to stay ahead of the game. I strive to learn as much as I can, not only to help myself individually but also to contribute as much as I can to my coworkers in a group setting.

I have been married to my husband, Jon, for almost three years. We have a 10 month old son, Jace, a two and a half year old black lab, Brutus, and two cats, Kevin and Boots. We live in Blair and often spend our time outdoors playing with Brutus or hunting or fishing.
My son, Jace, is my biggest hobby. Otherwise, when we can, my husband and I enjoy to fish and hunt. Additionally, I enjoy getting together with some girlfriends checking out a new restaurant or spending time at a winery in Ashland.

This person will have exceptional organizational, communication and technology skills while also being accountable and able to adapt to the multiple responsibilities that come along with working in a small company where everyone must be willing to expand beyond their normal day-to-day roles.

Degree from a 2 or 4-year school or equivalent experience preferred
Proven work experience as a sales support agent
Experience in franchising is preferred but not required
