My wife Dee and I have been married for 7 years and she is my perfect complement. We have two fantastic boys, Cameron age 6, and Jaxson age 4, so there is never a dull moment. We live in Lakeville, MN, a southern suburb of Minneapolis. My family is what drives and motivates me, even when it is -20 degrees.
My biggest hobby is Golf; I cannot get enough. Living in Minnesota, you have to take every opportunity you can with the golf season being so short. My boys and I enjoy watching and playing sports together. My wife and I enjoy traveling and experiencing places we have never been before.

This person will have exceptional organizational, communication and technology skills while also being accountable and able to adapt to the multiple responsibilities that come along with working in a small company where everyone must be willing to expand beyond their normal day-to-day roles.

Degree from a 2 or 4-year school or equivalent experience preferred
Proven work experience as a sales support agent
Experience in franchising is preferred but not required
